KR Wilson 2194A Cylinder Clamp

KR Wilson cylinder Clamp for Model “A”  and possibly Model “T” Fords.  I believe from literature that this is a “cylinder clamp” however I do not know how it is used, other than possibly to grab the cylinder in the ring groove to hold, install or remove it ?  I have nine of these.  4 have the original springs in good condition (unplated).  5 have replacement springs (zinc plated). This is a rare tool in great condition, fully functional.  The tool has been glass bead blasted and primed, then painted with two coats of red paint.  Each are in great condition and are fully operable. Will reduce price for sale of 4 or more by 10% while inventory lasts.
